Catering Sous Chef

We are a growing boutique events and catering company looking to add talented Chefs and Cooks to our team as we head into a busy fall and holiday season. We specialize in elevated private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and in-home entertaining throughout the Los Angeles area.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a chef, line cook, catering chef, private chef, or banquet cook
• Strong cooking fundamentals with attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• California Food Handler Card required (ServSafe certification is a plus)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by our event schedule

Position Details

• Location: Catering kitchen is based in the South Bay with parking on site / Events throughout the Greater Los Angeles area
• Compensation: $25–$30+ per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
• Schedule: Approximately 5 days per week during our busy season. Hours and days vary based on our event calendar, so applicants should have availability that can accommodate changing schedules.
• Shifts typically range from prep and production to on-site event execution.
