AR Specialist (43170)
\n \nOur client is an organization in the Waukesha County area looking for an AR Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, who is independent, and organized. This company offers flexibility, a collaborative team, and competitive benefits. This position is onsite.
\n \nThe salary for this position is $29/hr.
\n \nThe AR Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES
\n- \n
- Manage recurring safety compliance tasks, follow-ups, and documentation. \n
- Complete contractor prequalifications and maintain compliance platforms. \n
- Track teammate training, certifications, licenses, and safety records. \n
- Coordinate claims, drug testing, DOT filings, and fleet compliance. \n
- Review fleet telematics and assist with related questions and issues. \n
- Apply customer payments, research discrepancies, and reconcile accounts. \n
- Monitor receivables, resolve billing issues, and process lien waivers. \n
The AR Specialist will possess the following:
\n \nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
\n- \n
- 2+ years of safety, HR, compliance, or AR experience. \n
- Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements. \n
- Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms. \n
- Construction billing and collections experience. \n
- Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and document systems. \n
