Maintenance Technician — Create Market-Ready Homes

Equity Residential

Equity Residential in Frisco, Texas is actively seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure market-ready apartments and address resident service requests. In this role, you will perform hands-on maintenance including plumbing, electrical repairs, and more, while maintaining the community grounds. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to troubleshoot various systems and perform physical activities.
