OVER DE ROL
Ben jij op zoek naar een zeer ondernemende senior sales functie bij een van de meest toonaangevende bedrijven in de arbeidsbemiddeling met zzp'ers in de installatietechniek?
Heb je daarnaast ervaring in deze wereld, kennis van de installatietechniek (E&W) en begrijp je de gereedschappen en certificaten? In deze rol heb jij een voortrekkersrol en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een rayon, met de focus op Rotterdam, samen met je binnendienst collega. Ondernemende types die willen winnen passen het beste in deze rol. Salaris: € 75.000 OTE (range €4.000- €4.500) + bonus. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een rayon waarin het van essentieel belang is om nauw samen te werken met opdrachtgevers en zzp'ers om de beste resultaten te behalen. Dit is jouw kans om een rayon verder te ontwikkelen en te laten groeien.WAT GA JE DOEN IN DEZE ROL?
- Je hebt het beheer van strategische en potentiële klantrelaties.
- Je bent bezig om de bestaande business uit te breiden.
- Je focust op het binnenhalen van business en het uitbouwen van een poule met zzp'ers.
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de binnendienst.
- Verhouding: binnen-buiten (20%-80%).
BASIS KWALIFICATIES
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling.
- Kennis van en ervaring met de installatiesector (E&W).
- HBO werk en denkniveau.
- Een constante drive om het beste uit jezelf te halen.
- Een mentaliteit van ‘winnen of leren’.
- Vloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands.
