Wearecurrentlyseekingexperienced BladeDandBladeCTechnicians tosuportongoingwindturbinebladeinspectionandrepairactivitiesacrossmultipleonshorewindenergyprojectsin theUSA,Canada,Germany,Norway,andSweden . Theroleinvolvesperformingadvancedstructuralbladerepairworkstoensureturbinereliability,performance,andlong-termoperationalintegrity.Technicianswillworkaspartofspecialisedbladeteamsdeliveringhigh-qualitycompositerepairsolutionsinlinewithOEMstandardsandindustrysafetyrequirements. Key Responsibilities Performstructuralandcosmeticwindturbinebladerepairs. Executeadvancedcompositerepairtechniquesincludinggrinding,laminating,filling,sanding,andfinishing. Conductdamageassessmentsandpreparerepairareasinaccordancewithapprovedrepairprocedures. Carryoutinternalandexternalbladerepairsatheightusingropeaccessorplatformsystemswhererequired. FollowOEMrepairmanualsandqualitystandards. EnsureallworkiscompletedsafelyincompliancewithGWOandsite-specificHSErequirements. Completeinspectionandrepairdocumentationaccurately. Maintaintools,materials,andequipmentinaccordancewithoperationalstandards. Workcollaborativelywithsitesupervisorsandprojectteamstomeetprojecttimelines. Required Experience Provenexperienceinwindturbinebladerepairandcompositeworks. Experienceperforming advancedstructuralbladerepairs (BladeCand/orBladeDlevel). Abilitytoworkwithininternationalprojectenvironmentsandrotationalassignments. Strongunderstandingofbladestructures,repairmethodologies,andqualityrequirements. Required Certifications & Training Valid GWOBasicSafetyTraining Validoffshore/onshore medicalincludingChesterSteptest GWO EnhancedFirstAid(EFA) AdvancedRescueTraining(ART) (whereapplicable) OEMbladerepairtraining(e.g.,AdvancedStructuralBladeRepaircertificationorequivalent) #J-18808-Ljbffr Earthstream
