Billing Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build strong foundational experience in billing, customer support, and financial operations.
In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across key business functions, including:
- Prepare timesheets and support accurate billing processes
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers with proper documentation
- Handle billing adjustments, invoice corrections, credit memos, and rate updates
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related questions
- Assist with payroll adjustments, back pay, and issue resolution
- Support accounts receivable processes, including reconciliation requests
- Conduct research and resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Assist with work-in-progress (WIP) write-offs

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Internship or prior office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; Access a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
