Billing Specialist (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build strong foundational experience in billing, customer support, and financial operations.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across key business functions, including:

• Prepare timesheets and support accurate billing processes
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers with proper documentation
• Handle billing adjustments, invoice corrections, credit memos, and rate updates
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related questions
• Assist with payroll adjustments, back pay, and issue resolution
• Support accounts receivable processes, including reconciliation requests
• Conduct research and resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Assist with work-in-progress (WIP) write-offs

We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Internship or prior office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; Access a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
