Hearing Aids Sales Rep

Job Description

The Sales Rep will be responsible for helping the sales team build new targeted accounts, sell our OpenHear(soon to launch) prescription hearing aids with specific revenue and profitability targets in the B2B field, target the medical device field, and provide coaching on building up all aspects of the B2B sales system, including product updates, price system, distributors management, etc.

Shokz is planning to sign a 12-month contract with the Sales Rep. The relationship will be further evaluated before the resigning of the contract. We offer a high base salary as well as a bonus (based on sales performance). Pay will be discussed after the interview.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least 3 years working experience with Sonova/Demant/GN Group/WS Audiology/Starkey hearing aids product line is necessary
\n
• Experience in B2B distributors management: HearUSA, Miracle-Ear, or Amplifon.
\n
• Experience in hearing aids resellers, independent hearing center management.
\n
• Experience working with major US hearing aid insurance providers , such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, VA.
\n
• Able to identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations, strengths and strategies
\n
• Ability to develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts
\n
• Ability to make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote the business systems and its services
\n
• Excellent Communication Skills Required
