The Media Operations Coordinator offers an exciting opportunity to join NBCUniversal's Bravo Media Operations team, supporting one of the world’s leading entertainment brands while working at the intersection of digital publishing, audience growth, emerging technologies, and premium entertainment. As part of a cross-functional publishing team, the coordinator prepares, formats, publishes, and quality assures short-form video assets across Bravo's digital platforms while supporting day-to-day digital publishing, operational governance, and consumer privacy initiatives.

Working closely with Media Operations, Editorial, Production Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Social, Press, Communications, Legal, Privacy, and external production partners, the coordinator assists with digital publishing operations across Bravo's owned and third-party platforms, utilizing approved AI-assisted publishing tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiency while maintaining publishing quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, publish, and quality assure short-form and vertical video assets across Bravo's digital platforms while optimizing metadata, discoverability, accessibility, SEO/AEO, and Bravo brand standards using approved AI-assisted publishing tools, where appropriate.
• Coordinate operational readiness for always-on, episodic, promotional, and tentpole programming, including publishing, asset readiness, ingestion, captioning, validation, and platform delivery.
• Support NBCUniversal's Vertical Video publishing strategy by assisting with publishing workflows, applying platform best practices, and utilizing approved AI-assisted publishing capabilities across Bravo's digital platforms.
• Support digital execution for franchise launches, tentpole programming, live experiences, and emerging audience growth initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring publishing quality and troubleshooting issues across digital platforms, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to resolve publishing, metadata, and platform issues.
• Support digital publishing governance by coordinating privacy, compliance, accessibility, and data stewardship workflows in partnership with Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of experience in digital publishing, media operations, digital content management, or a related field.
• Experience publishing and optimizing short-form video across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with YouTube CMS, content management systems, and digital publishing platforms; experience with NBCUniversal publishing platforms is a plus.
• Strong writing, copy editing, and metadata optimization skills with an understanding of SEO, AEO, discoverability, and audience engagement.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted publishing and productivity tools, including developing effective prompts to generate, refine, and optimize metadata, captions, publishing assets, and operational workflows while maintaining editorial quality.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, captioning workflows, metadata management, video specifications, and digital publishing best practices.

Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
