divh2Painter/h2pWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented painter to join our production team. The painter is responsible for preparing, painting and finishing a variety of architectural metal products and components in accordance with company and industry standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer products meet appearance and durability requirements./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliApply liquid paint to product surfaces in accordance with manufacturer and customer specifications./liliReduce paint in accordance with manufacturer product data sheets/liliPerform on-line quality control procedures./liliPerform color changes including, but not limited to cleaning paint guns, pumps and pressure pots./liliMaintain a clean working environment and participate in regular planned maintenance activities./liliTroubleshoot common paint issues./li/ulh3Education, Experience and Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/lili1+ year of industrial or automotive painting experience preferred/liliKnowledge of various painting techniques and surface preparation methods./liliAbility to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings/liliStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality/liliAbility to work as a team or independently./liliAbility to work at a fast pace, on a constantly moving production line./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and talk or hear./liliThe employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl./liliThe employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds./liliReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./liliSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus./liliPainter is required to wear a respirator and candidate is required to pass a qualitative medical review and fit test./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliHealth, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability/liliPTO Paid Holidays/lili401(k)/li/ulh3Schedule/h3ulli6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Monday - Friday/lili8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Monday - Friday/li/ul/div
