Occupational Therapist (OT) – Wilmington, DE
2026–2027 School Year | $45–$55/Hour | Full-Time | Hiring Now

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Position Details

Location: Wilmington, DE
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $45–$55 per hour
Setting: School-based
Caseload: Students across grade levels (details discussed during interview process)

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Support students with fine motor skills, sensory needs, self-care skills, and classroom participation

Qualifications

Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for supporting student development and success
