Vice President

French/West/Vaughan (FWV) is seeking an accomplished, growth-oriented Vice President to join our team in metro Detroit. We are seeking candidates who can exceptionally service and retain top-tier clients while aggressively identifying, pitching, and driving organic growth in existing client work and developing new business. The right candidate is a senior strategic leader who can plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns across public relations, social media, influencer marketing, creative production and paid media. The ideal candidate brings prior agency client service experience, a robust business and media network, and a passion for success. Key Responsibilities: Lead accounts and ensure teams deliver exceptional results. Strategically counsel clients; serve as a client voice internally to lead and direct programs and campaigns. Actively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Develop and deliver high-stakes new business proposals and competitive RFP presentations. Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross‑selling agency services across existing accounts. Direct prospect qualification and develop new business proposals and presentations in response to select RFPs. Manage agency and client budgets effectively and collaborate with agency executive management and accounting to provide accurate revenue forecasts, pipeline tracking, and market intelligence. Specific Requirements: Minimum of 8–10+ years of progressive PR and integrated marketing experience, with a preference for individuals with agency experience. BA/BS degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Experience managing accounts across a mix of B2B/corporate sectors (e.g., automotive/mobility, tech, manufacturing, healthcare, government) is highly desirable. Deep, active working relationships with key regional, national, and trade media, including business reporters, editors, and digital influencers.
