The successful candidate will teach five sections of undergraduate management and business communication courses per semester; some courses may be delivered online, while others will be face-to-face.The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.Responsibilities:Teaching the assigned classes every semester.Service to the Department such as serving on committees, participating in the life of the college.Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.Required Education and Experience:Master's degree in Business or related field.Three years of full-time service as a Lecturer II or faculty equivalent experience at a college or university.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the college level.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with online teaching.Preferred Qualifications:Terminal degree in Business or related field.Evidence of research publications will be highly desirable.Candidates willingness to engage in scholarly research are desirable.Job Posting Close Date:Until FilledRequired Attachments:Please attach all required documents listed below in the attachment box labeled as either “Resume/CV or Resume/Cover Letter” on the application.
