Temporary Manager, People Business Partner

Title: Temporary Manager, People Business Partner Industry: Human Resources Location: Nutley, NJ Duration: ASAP – TBD Responsibilities Serve as a primary P&D point of contact for global leads across regional teams in NA, EMEA, and APAC. Partner with business leaders and Corporate Finance on fiscal strategies while overseeing employee tracking and bonus plans. Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to increase effectiveness and remove internal barriers. Lead the performance management process, including identifying and coaching high-potential employees. Oversee HRIS maintenance and ensure operational efficiency through tools like Workday and Kronos. Requirements Proven track record as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in a relevant field. Ability to lead with executive presence and build alliances with management. Must be flexible and agile in a fast-paced global environment. Proven ability to drive towards results and prioritize critical projects. Expertise in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Employee Relations investigations.
