BMS Business Development Manager

Our client is an established player in the building automation space with a strong engineering backbone, long-standing contractor relationships, and a project portfolio spanning healthcare, education, and large commercial facilities. Their leadership team has built a reputation for technical depth and consistent delivery, which gives this seat real ammunition in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and close new business across mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end-user facility teams Build account strategies that convert specifications into booked projects and recurring service agreements Lead discovery meetings, site walks, and solution presentations for retrofit and New construction opportunities Partner with internal estimating and engineering teams to scope, price, and proposal complex control system projects Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records inside the company CRM

QUALIFICATIONS
