Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Location: South Shore / Greater Boston, MA Type: Full-Time | In-Office (No Remote) The Opportunity Join a growing, relationship-driven commercial GC with a strong reputation and a diverse pipeline of work. This is a high-impact backfill role with immediate project responsibility, exposure across multiple sectors, and a clear runway for long-term growth. What You’ll Do Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to drive execution Handle RFI/submittal flow, change orders, procurement, and reporting Keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining quality and profitability What They’re Looking For 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a PM Confident leading projects independently with strong communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure Comfortable working across a mix of renovations and ground-up builds Up to $150K base salary , plus bonus eligibility Mileage and travel expenses covered Strong benefits package including healthcare and 401(k) contribution 3+ weeks PTO plus sick time Company-provided phone and laptop Why This Role This is a chance to step into a stable, fast-growing team with a strong leadership group, solid project variety, and real internal mobility.
