Business Development Representative

LettrLabs is looking for a hungry, proactive Outbound Sales Rep to own the top of our sales funnel. Your primary mission: hunt. You'll be building pipeline from the ground up — identifying prospects, running cold outreach, reactivating stale opportunities, and working hand-in-hand with our Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to fuel and scale our outbound motion. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Build and execute high-volume cold email sequences and outreach campaigns to generate net-new pipeline consistently. AE Partnership: Work closely with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, prioritize outreach, and support the growth of a scalable outbound motion. Pipeline Reactivation: Audit aged opportunities and systematically revive dormant prospects to maintain healthy, predictable pipeline growth. Pipeline Support: Own accounts from qualification through handoff, ensuring AEs have everything they need to close. Lead Handoff: Ensure smooth transitions to AEs with well-documented insights, thorough qualification notes, and clean data in HubSpot. Pipeline Hygiene: Keep CRM data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable at all time. Qualifications 1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (B2B SaaS, martech, or agency experience a plus. Proven ability to build and run outbound sequences that actually get read. Comfortable partnering with AEs and adapting outreach strategy to support enterprise-level deals. Knows how to write cold email that converts and isn't afraid to test and iterate. Fluent in HubSpot for tracking, logging, pipeline management, and reporting.
