Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy

Manufacturing Associate supporting cell therapy production at a biopharmaceutical facility. The role involves equipment operation, aseptic processing, and documentation of blood-derived component manufacturing in a cGMP cleanroom environment under supervisory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation production stages
• Perform aseptic techniques including welding, connections, and material transfers
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to verify proper quantities per production requirements
• Record production data and documentation according to good documentation practices
• Support deviation investigations and corrective action closure within assigned shift

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• 0-1 years cGMP cell therapy or bioprocessing manufacturing experience
• Basic knowledge of cell culture, cryopreservation, and aseptic processing techniques
• Understanding of cGMP regulations and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical writing capabilities
• Background in biology, chemistry, medical, or clinical practices

Compensation: $27.83 - $33.72 per hour
