Manufacturing Associate, Liso-cel CAR-T, Manufacturing Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manufacturing Associate to produce blood-derived components for Liso-cel CAR-T therapy in a cGMP cleanroom environment. The role involves equipment operation, aseptic processing, material handling, and production documentation on a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment for blood component production through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation
• Perform aseptic technique for tube welding, connections, and material transfers
• Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities
• Record production data and maintain documentation according to Good Distribution Practices
• Support deviation investigations, corrective action closure, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• 0–1 years of cGMP cell therapy, bioprocessing, or relevant manufacturing experience
• Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, and aseptic processing techniques
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated industry practices
• Technical writing capability and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Background in biology, chemistry, medical, or clinical practices
• Ability to work in cleanroom environment and handle human blood components

Compensation: $27.83–$33.72 per hour
