Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT evaluation and treatment to a wide referral base
• Manage an average of 2030 patients daily in clinic
• Perform surgeries at multiple hospital and outpatient locations
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated patient care
• Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalist support
• Take backup call with APPs covering primary calls
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and trainees (optional)
• Contribute to a supportive, flexible, and patient-centered practice environment

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology
• Proven surgical and clinical experience in ENT
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
