Consistent work offered Fridays to Sundays EVERY with availability to extend for more hours. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare ingredients before service, including chopping, portioning, and stocking.
- Cook and assemble menu items quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Work efficiently during high-volume service in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, loading, and unloading of equipment as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth event operations. Requirements: - Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Shifts can range from 8 to 14 hours, depending on the event.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): - Experience driving large vehicles
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens.
- Previous experience in a taqueria, Mexican restaurant, food truck, or catering operation.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods.
