This is a unique opportunity to work on high‑stakes, complex litigation cases, providing legal representation to individuals who have suffered personal injury. Bilingual candidates are preferred, as we serve a diverse clientele. The successful candidate will be a seasoned Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience, a proven track record in court, and a passion for helping clients secure the justice they deserve. Responsibilities Provide expert legal support and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, etc. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and plan case tactics. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguing cases persuasively. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and excellent service. Collaborate with our legal team to advance case preparation and trial strategy. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney. Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including trial experience. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure. Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
