Arise Treatment Center
Position Summary Manages accounts payable/receivable, payroll submission, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and budget monitoring. No bank signatory authority. Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field preferred Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management Pre-Employment Requirements: Drug test at Hancock Gateway Lab (per ATC-140) Criminal background check must clear before first day (per ATC-139) OIG LEIE screening TB skin test or proof within past year Immunizations per ATC-139 Section 8 Job Responsibilities (derived from ARISE policies): Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, cash flow) compared against budget (ATC-401) Reconcile all bank accounts monthly as a non-signer; submit to CEO for review (ATC-410) Confirm fund availability for approved purchase requests (ATC-402) Process approved purchases and vendor payments (ATC-402) Contact maintenance vendors to schedule work and confirm cost (ATC-406) Update Financial Dashboard within 10 business days of quarter close (ATC-401) Conduct monthly OIG LEIE screening for all billing personnel and vendors (ATC-139) Submit LEIE results to Compliance by 5th business day monthly Participate in quarterly billing review with Medical Billing and CEO (ATC-409) Investigate flagged financial abnormalities within 24-48 hours (ATC-409) Track regulatory changes impacting fees; document in Compliance Log (ATC-403) Prepare all documentation for annual CPA audit (ATC-401) Notify Leadership if cash position fluctuates significantly from budget (ATC-401) Record incoming checks and direct deposits in accounting software (ATC-410) Send daily deposit report to Medical Biller for verification (ATC-410) Deposit received checks at the bank (ATC-410) No signatory authority on any bank accounts (ATC-410) General Standards (All Positions): Exemplify ARISE Core Values (Compassion, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Collaboration) Follow the Code of Conduct (ATC-106) Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 (ATC-128) Participate in emergency drills and follow emergency procedures (ATC-133) Report critical incidents per ATC-132 Self-disclose arrests, charges, or convictions within 48 hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Arise Treatment Center
