Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager Consultant with experience across various industries to join our team at NOW CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, assistant controllership, accounting, and financial analysis, and be able to provide consulting services to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate should have public accounting experience.Candidates must be local to Orlando, FL, Tampa, FL OR Atlanta, GA to be considered.Full Time: $105k-$115kQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounting manager/controller accounting, or related roles. Proven experience working as a consultant in various industries. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (QBO) multiple ERP's and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities: Provide assistant controller and accounting services to clients in various industries. Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. Assist clients with financial decision-making by offering sound advice and recommendations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve financial goals. Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and procedures. Handle other accounting-related tasks and projects as needed.
