About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead its US enterprise business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the regional sales number, building and scaling a team of account executives and first-line managers, and refining the go-to-market strategy for selling into financial services and regulated industries. This role demands a leader who is equally adept at closing strategic deals in the field and at developing the necessary pipeline discipline, forecasting rigor, and hiring engine to support regional growth. The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in the company's expansion, particularly in the US market. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role with quota-carrying teams. A proven track record of success in selling to financial services or regulated industries is essential, as is experience in building and scaling a sales team through a growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, player-coach leadership style, strong forecasting and pipeline discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
