About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales management of the business in this region, providing commercial leadership, and being accountable for revenue growth, budgets, and forecasting. This role requires the creation and implementation of regional sales and business plans that drive growth objectives and a focus on customer satisfaction. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with hiring, inspiring, and coaching a diverse sales organization to maximize market penetration. As a critical member of the global commercial senior leadership team, the VP will influence the evolution of the commercial strategy and processes. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior strategic commercial management capacity within a global, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives. Strong commercial and financial acumen is essential, as is the ability to drive revenue growth and contribute to profitability outcomes. The role demands a leader with a relentless focus on attracting, engaging, and developing talent, and the capability to build strong relationships both within the team and with customers. The position is remote and requires travel, primarily within Europe, and the candidate should be prepared for a travel commitment of around 40%.
