Finance Professional for AI Training

As a Finance Expert, you will leverage your financial expertise to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. Your insights will directly influence how AI models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world financial data. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate financial data, invoices, and ledgers for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform variance analysis and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Evaluate exported data from ERP systems and provide clear, actionable feedback on findings.
• Support and document financial reporting processes, including accounts payable and receivable workflows and month-end close activities.
• Analyze real and synthetic finance tasks, mapping evidence to expected outputs with high attention to detail.
• Communicate complex findings and insights in writing, demonstrating clarity and precision.
• Contribute to the calibration and improvement of AI training datasets with your finance expertise.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, reconciliation, or financial planning and analysis.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting ERP reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify and explain financial discrepancies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity.
• High attention to detail, especially when validating synthetic finance scenarios and documentation.
• Bachelor''s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in audit, controllership, or finance process optimization.
• Prior exposure to AI training, data annotation, or quality assurance in finance contexts.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.

This is a contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $55, based on experience and qualifications.

Open to candidates with the required experience and qualifications. No prior experience in AI is necessary.
