Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing individual and couples therapy, addressing a wide range of issues including emotional conflict, relationship dynamics, and personal trauma.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to help resolve familial conflicts and improve communication among members.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client and their families.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings to collaborate with other mental health professionals and discuss best practices and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including couples and families dealing with challenges such as:

\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

Your role will directly contribute to improving the mental health outcomes of these clients, helping them achieve stability and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience, providing therapy in various settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
