As an Assistant Site Manager, you're the right hand to the Site Manager — driving daily operations, developing your team, and ensuring every customer experience is top-tier. When the SM isn't present, you're in charge — and you don't need to be asked.**WHAT YOU'LL OWN****Run the day-to-day -** Support daily operations, staffing, and site performance to keep everything running strong — every shift, every day.**Build a winning team -** Support recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling to create a reliable, high-performing team.**Coach and develop talent -** Provide real-time feedback, build skills, and grow future leaders within EL. You develop people — you don't just direct them.**Handle conflict head-on -** Address team conflict and culture issues directly and promptly.
