What You'll Be Doing: Promotional Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, enhancing brand awareness through targeted in-person sales and marketing strategies. In-Store & Event Kiosks: Help set up and manage event kiosks, engaging with customers directly and promoting products and services to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Sales Engagement: Actively promote offerings to potential customers, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Client Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and help provide tailored product recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a motivated team to coordinate event logistics, manage onsite setups, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Creative Input: Contribute your ideas to improve campaign delivery and help optimize the customer experience. Customer Experience: Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating positive brand interactions. Feedback & Improvement: Share insights and feedback from events to help refine sales strategies and enhance future performance. Skills & Experience: Sales-Oriented Mindset: Strong interest in sales and customer engagement, with a talent for communication and persuasion. People-Person: Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face in a confident and approachable manner. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage effectively and professionally with the public.
