Operations Coordinator

An Operations Coordinator works with other staff members to ensure that the administrative, sales, and operational tasks are completed for the entire branch. Works closely and cross-trains with the Rental Coordinator, Dispatcher, and Biller in efforts of increasing coverage and bench strength within the branch. The Operations Coordinator usually works under direct supervision and expected to work as necessary to perform duties required.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with all members within the branch and assist with various tasks.
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiencies.
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintaining relationships.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.

• Maintaining and sending credentials to salesperson, customer, or rental coordinator when needed that are in the FC&C system.
• Backing up dispatcher, rental coordinator, and biller if he/she is absent.
• Performs and maintains the badging of personnel at the branch.
• Reviews timecards.
• Review fuel reports.
• Performs and reconciles credit card transactions to assist employees with lodging.
• Maintains petty cash.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

• Must be proficient with basic computer skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.

• Prefer candidates with at least an associate degree and 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
• Prefer candidate with 3-D Lift Plan experience.
