You'll have mentorship as you build confidence, and access to more than 60 carrier partners so you can find genuinely appropriate coverage for each homeowner's specific mortgage situation. Earning Structure Commission-only, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per policy. Based on consistent production: Part-time: $50,000+ in year one Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available on top for agents hitting certain benchmarks.
