To strengthen our on-site team in Niederrhein, we are currently seeking dedicated customer service representatives for our field sales team (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• New customer acquisition
• Planning the dates of visits
• Inspection of customer systems
• Product / service consulting
• Quotation and order tracking
• Collaboration in the planning of service assignments and projects
• Supervision of service assignments and projects
• Market observation and analysis

Your profile:

• Completed commercial / technical / service-oriented training
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Technical and commercial understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of ERP systems
• Quick comprehension and show initiative
• Open-minded and team-oriented nature, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer affinity and a high degree of customer orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems and other software in the context of digitization
