Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

• Provide individual and family counseling through telehealth sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that address clients' defined goals, ensuring alignment with their aspirations for recovery and personal development.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure access to essential resources, while addressing broader social justice issues relevant to the communities we serve.

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of program initiatives, including data collection for grant reporting and program improvement.

• Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to expand available services and improve outcomes for clients.

• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions, offering insights and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient focus includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients often face significant challenges related to trauma, stress, and social determinants of health. The ideal candidate will possess the empathy and cultural competency needed to support clients in a therapeutic setting, facilitating positive change and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package also includes:
