Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $36.50 (based on experience)
• Differentials:
• Evening (1500-2300): $2.30/hr
• Night (2300-0700): $3.75/hr
• Weekend (Friday 1900 – Monday 0700): $3.00/hr
• Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more
• Additional: Relocation assistance offered; sign-on bonus not available

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to abnormal findings
• Assist with deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Registered Nurse license in Kansas (or eligible)
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
• BLS certification (within first 2 weeks)
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and FHM certifications (requirements met within specified timeframes)
• Ability to work nights and varying schedule

• Previous Labor and Delivery experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
