Quick Facts :

• Location : Great Bend, KS
• Start Date : As soon as possible
• Shift : Nights, 12-hour shifts (7pm - 7am)
• Schedule : Every other weekend off; rotating holidays
• Hours/week : 36
• Employment Type : Full Time
• License/Certs : Kansas RN license, BLS required, ACLS, NRP, FHM, PALS (training provided if needed)
• Experience : Open to new grads; prior L&D experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits :

• Pay rate: $30 - $36.50 per hour
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, weekends:
  • Evening (1500-2300): $2.30/hr
  • Night (2300-0700): $3.75/hr
  • Weekend (Friday 19:00 to Monday 07:00): $3.00/hr
• Full benefits package
• Sign-on bonus: Not available

What You'll Do :

• Provide compassionate care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to complications
• Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and postpartum care
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately
• Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols
• Support Neonatal Resuscitation as needed

What You Need :

• Valid Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (current)
• ACLS and NRP certifications within 6 months (training provided)
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification within 1 year of employment
• PALS certification within 6 months
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability
• Previous L&D nursing experience preferred but open to new grads committed to learning
