Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Family Medicine

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts, daytime hours

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state required
- 1 year of Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse experience required
- Outpatient clinic experience highly preferred
- BLS required upon hire

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and policies.
- Assess and interpret patient data to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs.
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process and apply competent clinical knowledge.
- Use independent nursing judgment for care provided and delegated to healthcare providers.
- Ensure quality patient care outcomes are achieved.
