Work Environment\n

This position embraces a flexible work structure, offering various scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play an integral role in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews with clients to gather comprehensive information regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health circumstances.
\n
• Delivering individualized psychotherapy or counseling interventions that are tailored to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of your clients.
\n
• Evaluating and treating clients for a range of issues within your professional scope, facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions.
\n
• Coordinating and implementing programs and activities designed to address clients' social and emotional challenges, ensuring they receive well-rounded support.
\n
• Providing short-term crisis intervention and effectively managing referrals to community resources for ongoing assistance.
\n
• Establishing and nurturing a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting approaches as necessary to promote client progress.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies in compliance with established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges in behavioral health, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, grief, and relational issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate these complexities, fostering pathways to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in social work or a closely related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideally, you will have prior counseling experience specific to the treatment of behavioral and mental health challenges, such as depression, substance use disorders, family dynamics, marital relationships, grief, and loss. Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, accompanied by an enticing benefits package.
