Salary: $37,000–$41,000/year

About the Company & Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping support the office, and maintaining a professional front desk presence.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, vendors, and applicants entering the facility
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while manually logging all incoming calls
Sign for deliveries and assist vendors as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the break room throughout the day, including wiping down tables, sinks, and coffee pots after lunch
Support the office with data entry, laminating, copying, and miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Professional communication and dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a manufacturing office environment
