Front of House Lead

As a Front of House Lead, you'll ensure front of house partners provide positive and memorable service while taking guest orders, preparing drinks, delivering food, and maintaining cleanliness. You'll perform supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the manager, directing partners during your shift, and training/developing partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations/training, customer service/sales, compliance/food safety/sanitation, and more.

Qualifications and key requirements include age requirement of 18+, experience in restaurant leadership, experience in an H-E-B restaurant (preferred), experience in restaurant point of sale (POS) systems (preferred), basic culinary knowledge, expert communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, strong computer skills, organization and planning skills, ability to lead a restaurant function, and other partners, and ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively.

Physical demands include functioning in a fast-paced, retail environment, working extended hours and/or rotating schedules, safely maneuvering around moving mechanical parts, constantly reaching at waist, grasping, frequently being exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic materials, frequently standing, walking, and being exposed to wet and cold conditions, and occasionally reaching at overhead, shoulder, knee, floor, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, performing fine motor movements, shoulder circumduction, being exposed to heat, ambient temperatures, and loud noise, and demonstrating the ability to lift 50 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs.
