# TEMP - Admin I (Municipal Courts)Applylocations: Municipal Courttime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR103013**Summary**Responsible for providing basic administrative support to assigned department and carrying out various administrative responsibilities based on departmental needs.**Pay Range:** (Depending on qualifications and experience)**Work Schedule:** TBD**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Provide administrative and business support as well as data entry.* Respond to inquiries from citizens and City personnel via phone, email, or in person, and direct them to appropriate personnel.* Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.* Collect and organize data for projects.* Record, transcribe, and distribute various documentation.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma or G.E.D* Two years of related experience.* Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Valid Class C Texas driver's license.**Physical Requirements & Work Environment**Work environment may vary depending on assignment, but typically work is performed in a typical office environment and relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.Have questions or need assistance?
