Conference Services ManagerOur hotels bring people together. We're searching for a Conference Services Manager capable of juggling bookings, building strong client relationships and pulling together truly unforgettable events, meetings and conferences. A little taste of your day-to-day:Liaising with clients to build accurate events bookingsDelivering exceptional service standards in-person, on email or over the phoneEstablishing client requirements to effectively facilitate their needsCompiling accurate function sheets for the Operations TeamWhat we need from you:Minimum of 3-year luxury hotel conference / event planning experience.Passion for providing excellent client experiences and client engagementConfidence in proactively preventing problems and ability to handle service recoveryLove of working in a fast-paced, motivated team with a desire for the next step in your careerExcellent attention to detailExceptional administrative and time-management skillsWillingness to work as part of a team and learn new thingsWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This rate range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
