Duval Sign Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity to get in early with a young but rapidly expanding commercial sign company that offers significant opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

We are looking for someone with at least 5-10 years of project management experience in either the sign industry or construction/trades environment.

DSS does not currently provide health insurance for employees .

Responsibilities

• Manage signage projects from kickoff through completion 
• Coordinate permitting, fabrication, installation, and scheduling 
• Communicate with customers, vendors, installers, and subcontractors 
• Track project timelines, materials, and job status 
• Review proofs, submittals, and work orders for accuracy 
• Assist with maintaining project profitability and customer satisfaction 
• Support field operations and help solve project challenges proactively 

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of PM experience in signage or construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, or permitting is a plus 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems preferred
