Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, developing strong relationships founded on trust, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions to monitor client progress, reassess treatment goals, and determine the appropriateness of continued services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes a diverse array of individuals and families seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Proficient in using various computer tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and client management software such as PIMSY.
