Accounts Payable Clerk

- Accounts Payable Clerk, reviewing and entering vendor invoices into accounting systems (like SFS or PNP). Matching invoices to purchase orders and verifying that goods/services were received. Communicating with suppliers to answer billing questions and resolve short payments or errors. Maintaining organized files of transactions, W-9s, and helping with month-end close or audits.
Reconciling the company's bank statements
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with accounting software
Ability to work independently
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
Assisting with annual audit preparations. Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
