Site professionalism – arrive in branded PPE, protect floors, maintain a tidy work zone, and leave the home cleaner than you found it. Quality documentation – verify dimensions, capture step‑by‑step documentation, and close each ticket with required sign‑off. Safely perform a quality service or installation on the date promised. Problem‑solving – flag measurement discrepancies or hardware issues immediately and propose field fixes that keep the schedule moving. Continuous improvement – share tool tips, jig ideas, or load‑out tweaks that make the next install faster and safer for everyone.
