Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate open communication throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, creating a safe environment where clients can discuss their challenges and progress.

• Refer clients to additional specialists or resources when their treatment needs extend beyond your scope of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Being adept in family systems theory and having a strong understanding of relational dynamics will be crucial in effectively supporting our diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Completion of any necessary continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
