Position Highlights
- Assess individuals across pediatric, adult, and older adult populations through standardized tests and observational evaluations.
- Create customized treatment plans targeting both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.
- Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on language development, fluency, voice issues, and swallowing challenges.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and doctors to build a comprehensive care strategy for each patient.
- Educate patients and their families to ensure continued growth outside the therapy sessions.
- Support the team with inpatient speech therapy evaluations as needed, ensuring a seamless care experience.
- Ensure documentation is precise and complies with all state, federal, and organizational standards.
- Engage in ongoing education and peer collaboration to stay at the forefront of the field.
Education Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.
Certification Requirements
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
Key Skills and Attributes

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Flexible in adapting therapeutic approaches to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Exemplary clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation standards.
Benefits We Offer
- Competitive salary reflecting your experience and expertise.
- Flexible scheduling options that promote a healthy work-life harmony and diverse caseloads.
- Opportunities for specialization in pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, or geriatrics.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) along with holiday compensation.

Who We Are Looking For

You may specialize in pediatrics and wish to explore adult therapy, or perhaps you are focused on neurorehabilitation and hope to incorporate early interventions.
If you are passionate about serving others and skilled in your practice, we welcome you to join our team.
Let's Craft This Journey Together
If you resonate with the idea that speech encompasses more than mere sounds and that therapy transcends tasks — if you prioritize trust and understanding as foundational before tackling the goals — then this role might just be the stage for your next professional endeavor.
Join us in fostering a culture that values communication, connection, and the bravery it takes to embark on new chapters. Apply today to lend your voice to our team — and help others discover theirs.
