We are an independently owned and operated auto repair shop in California, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor Manager to join our team. This is a confidential opportunity for a dynamic professional who takes pride in overseeing operations, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee and support staff, fostering a professional and customer-oriented environment. Maintain high standards for service quality, customer care, and operational excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline workflow and improve efficiency. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and targets. Requirements: Extensive experience as a Service Advisor Manager in medium to large-sized auto repair shops. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
