Assistant Banquet Manager

Overview Under the direction of the Banquet Manager, the incumbent assists the Banquet Manager in the efficient and effective operation of Banquet Catering. Assists with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions. Location MPGE 350 Trolley Line Blvd Mashantucket, CT 06338, USA Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision of all details for successful banquet functions. Support the Banquet Manager to ensure efficient operation of Banquet Catering and maintain guest service standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two (2) years of banquet/restaurant supervisory experience. Friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional; able to multi-task. Ability to speak, write, and read English. Working Conditions Primary responsibility is to ensure our Extraordinary guest service standards are maintained at all times. Commit to supporting this mission by demonstrating Customer Service Standards and upholding them for all team members.
