Benefits & Extras Hybrid schedule — work from home Mondays and Fridays Family-owned culture that means it, with flexibility when life happens Onsite gym and an office run on EOS principles A social calendar that delivers: chili cook-offs, tailgates, bowling nights, holiday parties Monthly catered lunches for birthdays and anniversaries 401(k) match and health insurance Compensation $60,000, depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Manage full-cycle accounts payable, from invoice processing to vendor payments Own accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation Deposit and record client payments and insurance carrier commission checks Reconcile daily bank activity and post journal entries Complete monthly and year-end general ledger reconciliations Reconcile agency bill and direct bill commission statements, resolving carrier discrepancies Support audits, financial reporting, and special projects What You’ll Need to be Considered Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Comfortable in Excel Insurance agency accounting background strongly preferred Professional and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
